Unable to print (Network Printer)

Hi,

  I am Unable to print., Error: Invalid account id.....My network printer is not showing in the find network printer. pls provide me solution.

I have two printers which is connected to our network.
Xerox workcenter pro 255 PS and Sharp MX-M450N PCL6.., i am unable to connect or print in both of the printers.

When you added the printer, did you add a username and password? This will then be used to connect to the printer with....

While adding the printer in find printer option.. Its not asking any username/ passwd., moreover there is no username and passwd for the network printer.

You were, you just blazed past it as you didn't read the screen. You can see in this screenshot:

If you look at the authentication section, you can add your account there. If you remove the printer then re-add it and you should be ok
