black ink cartridge will not print

I have changed the ink cartridge, the colors wil print, however, the black will not. Is there anything I can try to do to resolve this?

Make sure you removed the tape over the copper foil at the bottom. Don't scratch the copper, but look for tape. It may have not removed over the bottom of the cartridge. Also make sure the cartridge snaps back in.
