Alex, by changing status you probably want to say that you suffered the bug reported here and by following the instructions of comment #13, installing the proposed package with the fix, you got the problem solved. In such a case do not set the bug status to "Fix Released" as the package is not yet available as official update which gets installed by the automatic system updates. Instead, post a comment and replace the "verification-needed" tag by "verification-done". Thanks.
