Same Problem with Toshiba e-Studio 165, even using latest ppd from http://business.toshiba.com/support/downloads.jsp?site=usa . (--> "GA119x CUPS Driver")
I can print the printer test page, but no more documents from libreoffice.
I can print by printing form libreoffice to a pdf and then print by evince or adobe reader 9, but not by gtklp.
Problem occours with ubuntu precice 12.04, but also with ubuntu 10.04 and with debian testing.

Problem occours since one or two month, can't remember exactely, when the problem was first time.
