* debian/rules:
- use the dh sequencer and compat 9
- use CFLAGS from the env, always. dpkg-buildpackage takes care of that in
debian, just be sure -fno-strict-aliasing is there
- use LDFLAGS where we actually link stuff
- use dh_install instead of dh_movefiles
- enable hardening
* debian/dirs (removed):
- let the makefile create the directory, remove debian/dirs
* qemubuilder.8:
- remove .qy macro that's not understood by man now
* cowdancer-ilistcreate.1:
- remove escaping of round brackets
* bash_completion.qemubuilder:
- remove the shebang, bash completion don't want/need the shebang
* run wrap-and-sort
