Making a bootable floppy disk

I need to make a bootable floppy disk so I can update my bios.
Server running Free BSD is my FREENAS server. I need to put a bios file on the disk and boot from the floppy to update the bios.

If you have the image of the floppy you can use dd to put it onto the floppy

I bought a USB external floppy drive that I can use for this and other problems.
