containerd_1.2.5-0ubuntu1_s390x.deb for 18.04 / 16.04

I found containerd_1.2.5-0ubuntu1_s390x.deb package for disco series. Can this package be available for 18.04 and 16.04 series on s390x? We need this urgently.

Look at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/containerd and you should see that there are even higher versions available.
1.2.6-0ubuntu1~16.04.3 for xenial and 1.2.6-0ubuntu1~18.04.2 for bionic - both of them also for s390x architecture.

Where were you looking for these? Maybe the source where you searched is outdated?
They are definitely available on the ports.ubuntu.com repository http://ports.ubuntu.com/pool/universe/c/containerd/
