Add history/logging

My rhythmbox is broken - last night ran computer janitor so I am looking into what I removed and w/o digging into logs is not easily found. Could a history/undo feature be added to computer Janitor - some things - like downloaded apps - hard - but apt-get items could be put back. I could look back and see easier what I broke.
