Computer Janitor Information

Asked by Robin Hicks

Not sure what Computer Janitor is or what it's supposed to do! Could you point me towards support information. For example, is it safe to clean everything it suggests?

It cleans out excess deb files. It's like a poor man's bleachbit. Both are designed to help reduce used space in your OS by removing the old stuff and files you don't need

If you do use bleachbit, avoid setting stating they will take a long time to run and watch out for browser cleaning settings or it will clean settings you want to keep. Using either app have as many apps closed as you can to free up the files.
