unable to received file over bluetooth from other device,such as mobile,other laptops etc...

In ubuntu bionic braver the service of bluetooth is not working,unable to received files from other device device,such as mobile,other laptops

Further I have searched for personal file sharing application and installed it on my computer but the application is not launching at all..unable to set prefferences in personal file sharing application to receive a file over bluetooth from other device...

The visibility and power of bluetooth is on both device,but there is no use..

It may be a software or hardware problem...please help me to overcome this issue

Try installing Blueman and then right click on the Bluetooth icon and go to local services and see if the bluetooth receive is on

Blueman works...but there is a problem that is it always remain power
on,In short the power of bluetooth gets on automatically by every
booting,SO I remove blueman....

Can you give me more solution of this problem

The problem of file sharing is solved by installing blueman (Bluetooth Manager)

one problem with blueman was that it started automatically in startup

but is solved now,i remove the permission of starting on start up with stat up application..

I can share files with blueman..it is working on UBUNTU 18.04.1 LTS
