Plugins: Shift Switcher / ordering of windows like standard ALT+TAB

I want to configure the very nice Shift Switcher as a replacement for the normal ALT+TAB-switching.

I set the right keyboard shortcuts, but there is one shortcoming:

Shift Switcher walks through the windows in an unwanted order (possibly the order of opening of windows).
A common task of ALT+TAB is to switch between two frequently windows (e.g. Documentation and Database program).

Is it possible to change Shift Switcher to order windows by last frequently used? I think many people are very used to this behaviour.
