Hi crazyfro,

It's very simple to enable visual graphics. Please open a terminal, and enter the following:

sudo apt-get install xorg-driver-fglrx
sudo apt-get install xserver-xgl

Restart your computer, and try again.

Also, you might be interested in more customization of desktop effects once they are working:
sudo apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager
