my wobbly window doesn't work

II checked wobbly windows in CCSM but it doesn't work. Please help

Got a reply but it didn't help. I am new to ubuntu and need more specific instructions. I tried alt f2, typed in unity --replace, now the blue line that enables you to move the window is locked above the launch bar. I restarted and it came back to normal but wobbly windows still doesn't work. Am I missing a program or something? Please reply

If you press ALT+F2 and run:

compiz --replace

does it work? If you are using Unity then run:

unity --replace
