removing window cube

i have ubuntu 11.04 installed alongside windows 7. In natty the windows cube has been installed in a wrong manner, i need to get back to my previous window in order to install it correctly, application bar is missing, windows remain sticking to left corner, no terminal or ccsm visible, launcher missing,desktop not moving, can't use it, im a novice for ubuntu..plz help

thnx for the help, i resolved it by getting it through system manager, and clicking on an option in window which brought the previous settings back, still there is a problem the windows are opening in the left top corner and cannot be dragged, also the cancel , maximise and minimise bar is not visible, in vlc player as in windows the files cannot be dragged into, and played.
