window controll buttons missing

Window controls missing
  The bar for dragging a window round the screen and also normally containing the maximize, minimize and close buttons is no longer there. The controls for resizing the Window are also missing. I only can move windows when i click to workspace switcher.
I read similar questions and tried the answers but nothing helped. i running 11.04

Log in to Gnome Classic desktop, is it ok there?

Seems to me you have managed to turn off the "Window Decoration" plugin. Open Compiz Config Settings Manager, and enable Window Decoration, if there are conflictions, resolve them, then reboot.
