How do I make the dialog boxes wiggle when I move them with the mouse?

Asked by Nick Quattrocchi

I'm running Ubuntu 11.04 - I have seen on videos about Ubuntu that when you pull around a dialog box, it makes a wiggling action. Mine currently don't do make that motion. How do I make the dialog boxes wiggle when I move them with the mouse (if that makes sense)? Thanks!
