desktop effects

Asked by SWAGATAK GHOSH

In kde(kubuntu) when I drag a window to any edge of desktop,it gets maximized, again when to the side of the desktop it (the window) becomes almost the half of the desktop. The reverse is also true, but this facility is not in ubuntu desktop. Can I get it in ubuntu. how to do it in ubuntu 10.10? thanks in advance.

Click the window then move your mouse to the side of the screen, you don't need to drag it
