Compiz Desktop Cube Customization

I'm wanting to create a solar system out of desktop cube, and i'm wondering if anyone else has tried this? I'm hoping to use 6 work stations with there backgrounds being different sections of the globe while having a reflective image of the galaxy as the desk top cube background. Anyone know of an image file source that would work for this?

and in the cube settings, you can enable the skydome. You can then grab a skydome image (probably of space/stars) and set it as the background.
