how do i set up more then one work space

trying to set up my cube, found out I need 4 workspaces open. Saw a video were there is a small box they clicked on (the right bottom of screen). I don't have this box. where else can I find the workspace settings to open 3 more?

nothing there about the workspace setting, they say to set to 4, I know this but where are the settings I can find nothing that says workspace settings
