cannot drag a window out of the screen to move the window to another workspace

when I used Ubuntu 9.10, I used to drag a window on the right out of screen bounds to move the window to another workspace. Now, in Ubuntu 10.04, nothing happens. How to change things back?

run CCSM

find the screen edge plugin and enable, resolve any conflicts and it shuold be ok, or you can just default the settings and it will be enabled (I assume you use compiz)
