Asked by Erdnusse

Hi the package from sudo apt-get install cockpit ist outdated. It gives version 238-1
https://packages.ubuntu.com/hirsute/cockpit
but version 247 is up to date. It seems that the other versions are pushed on time so i am asking fo an update.

Thy for maintaining this.

Is there something you really need from the latest version? I can try and package 247 for you in my PPA if you want. Or you could just build from source yourself if you're comfortable with that.

I have a bug that was fixed in a newer version. So my software does not run. But it is only for my personal server and i can do everything on it also without cockpit. So i wait for the next release.

I just did not knew that no rolloing release also inclues all Sofware. I Thought that only the kernel and default installt versions are fixed and testet.
