How to actually install clutter-gst-3.0 - 3.0.27-2ubuntu1?

Hello,
Cheese aplication on ubuntu 22.04 is corrupted and not working. How to install clutter-gst-3.0 - 3.0.27-2ubuntu1 , which was said that fixes the bug.

For diagnostic purposes please provide the output that you receive for the following commands (to be executed in a terminal windpw):

uname -a
lsb_release -crid

You have that version already installed.

Remark: Do not confuse the name of the source package (which is clutter-gst-3.0) and the names of the binary packages (libclutter-gst-3.0-0, gstreamer1.0-clutter-3.0, gir1.2-clutter-gst-3.0 etc.). You cannot install the source package, but you install the binary packages.

If cheese is not working, then the missing version upgrade of clutter-gst cannot be the reason.
