Clevis v12 in Ubuntu 20.04? Probably not.

You have to be aware that Ubuntu is taking over packages from Debian (to avoid double packaging work), and according to https://packages.debian.org/src:clevis also on Debian clevis has not been upgraded to version 12.

First step to bring clevis v12 into Ubuntu is creating a bug report in the Debian bug tracker, that they create a package with the new version for Debian, and Ubuntu will then follow.

Can you help with this problem?
