How can I turn on i18n after update to Xubuntu 16.04

I've updated Xubuntu to 16.04 and now I don't have internationalization I have language set to enligsh.

I have $LANG set to pl_PL.UTF-8 and $LC_ALL is not defined.

How can I turn on internationalization again.

I've upgrade from 15.10 using standard dialog box for upgrade, don't know which version of clawsmail it was, definitely the latest for 15.10.

http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?suite=xenial&arch=any&searchon=contents&keywords=claws-mail.mo seems to indicate, that a Polish translation is not available in xenial, but the wily version had one, see http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?suite=wily&arch=any&searchon=contents&keywords=claws-mail.mo

I suggest that you create a bug report.
