This is not a package bug.

From the dpkg terminal log:

adduser: Ya existe el usuario `clamav'. Saliendo.
dpkg: error processing clamav-base (--configure):

That means you have a non-system clamav user. You need to remove it. Doing:

sudo deluser clamav

should be sufficient, but if not you can ask questions about how to remove the user as a follow-up in this question.
