I ran a virus scan and this is what it found:

Are these real viruses? If I delete them, will my browser still work?

Yes your browser will still work. I suggest you clean your cache.

Hi,

Cleaning your cache, as suggested, should certainly remove the files from your Firefox cache.

However, the ones you have quarantined could very well be related to adware or spyware. I'll take an extra look at them if you zip them up and send them to me. Or, if you don't need them, a better suggestion would be to just empty your quarantine.
