armhf snap on arm64 system

Hey,

Can you add support for installing the armhf snap on a arm64 system? The reason for wanting the armhf snap is because widevine is only available as armhf.

8 GB (RPi 4B), which is why I want to run a 64-bit OS, while still using 32-bit Chromium.

I've done this using a docker of Chromium to get DRM working. I'll see if I can dig out the URL
