lsb_release -a; uname -a; apt-cache policy chromium-browser

You don't need a patch, you just need a better configured browser.

I think need widevine but its change chrome 78. I get this;

No LSB modules are available.

If you have the partner repo enabled then just run:

sudo apt -y install pepperflashplugin-nonfree
