chrome didn't shut down correctly

When I restart or I open it I get the "Google chrome didn't shut down correctly." message.
I try to read something about it – says crash, but I never had a crash.
Can anyone suggest a way to fix it?

Have you tried renaming the config folder and cache folder for the application, then rerunning it?
