Have you contacted the extension author?

Andrew:

Sorry, I didn't. Since the extension was working OK until a few days ago, I assumed the problem was with chromium (or a problem related with an Ubuntu update). Yes, I should have done that! I will pursue it. But, If you have any ideas to work around this, they will be pleasantly received. My other extensions work fine.

A weeks ago I presented my problem to the developers of the extension (IDIO). No answer from them, yet. I have a couple other machines ( one with 10.04 like this one, and a laptop with 11.04) where I don't experience this problem, so I'm not sure if the problem is within chromium and the extension or its something even related to the OS. Is I explained before, I have removed and reinstalled chromium a couple of times, but it doesn't correct the problem. Any ideas to pursue?

It appears that the problem is within Linux (I think). Just a few moments ago I installed the Linux version of Google Chrome (downloaded from Google) and I get the same problem with Digital Trends extension. Still no answer from the developers. Please, help. Chromium is my default browser.
