firefox 4 set up

I see that firefox 4 is out if I up grade to it will I have to reset all my book marks and dock. and will my photos, mp3 and files change over or will I have to reset everything. I'm new to this so I have know clue what will happen if I up grade. can someone tell me. also will there still be updates for the old firefox 3. if I don't change over. thank you.

Upgrading the browser will only upgrade the browser, why would it affect your MP3s in any way??
