What is the make and model of the netbook!!?? It is the most important piece of information and you have left it out. If you can tell us, we may be able to help. In future please give FULL details. It makes helping faster as we don't have to waste time clarifying basic information.

Thanks

All I can suggest is log a bug. Are you double sure there is a webcam. The clevo site states the webcams are optional by manufacturer
