cannot load logitech webcam c310 errors

It sounds like you are trying to run the windows drivers for the device -- this won't work, and may not even be neccesary.

In the software repository, try installing the program "cheese", then see if this lets you see yourself in the camera.

If not, can you ensure the camera is plugged in, and then open a terminal (Ctrl+Alt+T, or from applications menu), then paste the output of the following command back here?

sudo lsusb -v

logitech doesn't support linux. if the c310 works, you're lucky. if it doesn't, you should get another cam.

What is the output of:
lsusb

The exe file you have is for windows so is of no value in Linux
