  * New upstream release.
  * Update copyrights.
  * Override lintian warning "no-manual-page".
  * Clean generated files in source directory.
  * Run tests non-parallel to prevent interference between each other.
  * Simplify nanopb header generation.
  * Fix build with FORTIFY_SOURCE level 3 (as set by Ubuntu)
    - raise inline limit
    - don't error on string truncation warnings
