Icon looks like a cup of water

I constantly overlook the icon when I'm trying to find the camera app because it looks so strange. It's like i'm looking down on a cup full of water which is on a saucer.

Do we need abstract art in the icons? I think the goal should be to help users find their apps, not to be iconoclastic or try to educate users about modern art.

The calendar app is also difficult to find because of it's colour but I'll put that in a seperate report.

What is the 'camera app'? What is the name of the actual application?

Is this on the Ubuntu Phone?
