Request feature: download and inport from arxiv

Hello,

I wanted to ask if there is any plugin (already available) or is there any possibility to include pdf files directly from the http link from arXiv?

There is a plugin (https://github.com/aroig/metadata-sources) which enables to manually add metadata of a downloaded and imported pdf into the calibre. However is there any possibility to directly use a link (eg. https://arxiv.org/abs/2011.06447) in calibre to download the article as well as metadata without first downloading the pdf somewhere in the computer.

PS. sometimes using the the `Get books` search button I can search for this and it appears through `Google books` store and as undecided DRM status, where probably there is no DRM restriction on articles on arxiv.org. Is there any possibility to include arxiv.org into the store to make a faster search?
