Chapter missing in TOC with apostrophe

I have looked all over the web and in this forum for days but cannot find the answer. I tried to convert a book in Calibre to mobi file. Everything is fine except I notice some of my chapter with apostrophe, (eg, 's) is missing in my TOC. How can I add chapter with Apostrophe to my TOC? Thanks

Chapter example: My dog's sliipers. Whenever there is an Apostrophe in my chapter it doesn't appear in my TOC in mobi.
