library of mailed books/list of "missing"?

Asked by NoraC

Is there a way to generate a list -- either an exported .cvs file or an internal-to-Calibre library -- of books that have been emailed to a device? In the alternative, if I plug my Kindle into Calibre, is there a way to generate a list of books that are present on the device that are absent in Calibre?

I've checked the advanced search options and the advanced library maintenance options and I'm not seeing this.

I have three sources of library info: Calibre, my physical Kindle, and Amazon cloud [including docs, which is where mailed books end up]. There are a lot of books in Calibre that are neither purchased nor installed. There are a few -- less than 50, more than 10 -- books that I've purchased from Amazon, present on my Kindle but not in Calibre because I've never downloaded them.

I'm looking for a shortcut to more perfectly sync everything, most especially making sure that everything I own/have/have access to anywhere, is headquartered in Calibre.
