calibre package

Large number of folders and files in app data\local\temp\calibre_xxxxxx

I am surprised to find hundreds of folders with files in my C: drive

C:\users\My name\local\temp\calibre_xxxxxx

Some of these have .pickle extensions, some mention metadata and many have epub files inside.

Can these all be deleted?

How is this related to Ubuntu. This is not Windows support. I suggest you post on a Windows forum
