this link seems to indicate that yes, the calibre application has some support for the black berry playbook. Have you installed the application and tested it out yet?

the link on calibres site doesnt list the PB,
http://manual.calibre-ebook.com/faq.html#what-devices-does-app-support

though it may work. I would recommend testing it out if you can.
