How can I make a search in Calc in a specific column? And only in this column? Thanks a lot.

When you say "search" i assume you mean something like "Find & Replace"?
First select the column(s), then in the "Find & Replace" dialogue box click on the "More Options" button near the bottom and tick the box "Current selection only". Note the tick is un-ticked again as soon as you change the selected area ;)
