Cairo-dock Third-Party-Applets

Hello, you probably know all the problems im having with my Latitude, well the good news is that it works perfect but i got a problem. I try to install applets on my cairo dock on my inspiron beacuse it just says i need to add the tar.gz onto the dock but it justs adds it to a folder called shack. I want help beacuse i want to install applets.

Sounds like you'll need to compile it. I suggest you extract the data and read the README file therin. It will tell you what needs to happen.
