Please update ca-ceritificates (mozilla part of)

Hi,

I would kindly ask you to update the ca-certificates package to the latest Mozilla NSS list of CA certificates, as we need our CA to be present in Ubuntu12. I am referring to the Actalis CA.

Packages only get updated when needed, Explain what the change is and why its needed.
