bzr-rebase package

Need to report a bug for intrepid's bzr-rebase package

I wanted to report this bug to the Ubuntu project since the bug currently affects Intrepid and before.

I see that the 0.4.2 version of bzr-rebase is slated for Jaunty, but shouldn't this be updated in Intrepid as well? If someone could clarify what I need to do properly report this, I'd like to go ahead and make the bug report.
