memory leak in brisk-menu

Asked by Karl Hallin

on launch of brisk menu, ps faux returns a size of 51688.
3 hours later, it has grown to 286184
overnight it collects over 1.2 gbytes of memory resident ram.
System gets sluggish.
killall brisk-menu releases everything and drops back down to 51688 on relaunch.

That frees up my system.
Dual Xeon, 24Gbytes of RAM, running Mate jammy-jellyfish 22.04 LTS.

Linux z600-Mate 6.2.0-36-generic #37~22.04.1-Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Mon Oct 9 15:34:04 UTC 2 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

ii mate-applet-brisk-menu 0.6.2-1ubuntu0 amd64 Solus Project's Brisk Menu MATE Panel Applet

sure would be handy to have a built in graphic display of memory leakage over time.
