enable overburn in brasero 0.8.2 using ubuntu intrepid

Asked by andreportela

Hi guys, this is the problem: I've a 714MB .iso image and I would like to burn it in a normal 700MB CD media using overburn.
But when I try to do it, using the Burn Image -> Burn, after brasero finish the checksum creation it asks me to replace the media for one with at least 714MB of free space. I can't find the option to enable overburn, can anyone tell me where it is?
I'm using brasero 0.8.2 and ubuntu intrepid.

There's a bug with images over 700MB in earlier versions of brasero:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/brasero/+bug/202949
The version in jaunty is newer. If you don't want to wait for the upgrade, there's also a newer version in intrepid-backports. https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuBackports
