Brasero will not copy disk

When I try to copy a cd it appears to go through copying to hard drive ok. Asks for new disk, then program closes without burning new copy.

Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling brasero, but it makes no difference.

I am able to burn data from my hard drive to a disk, so I know that the burner is functioning.

Don't know what else to try...Help!

Hello, I can't help you with the brasero, but maybe i can give you an alternative way ....

Insert the cd that you want to copy, when cd icon appear in the desktop, right click it, there should be an option to copy disc ...
