Brasero disk burner isn't recognizing the disks how do i change my dvd player to my other application that runs on it or is it something else

Uninstall Brasero - and install K3b instead - I think this will solve your problem...

It will install a OT of deps, space may not be a luxury. I suggest you install xfburn
