Cannot play DVD's on Ubuntu Studio

I am running Ubuntu Studio, When I try to open a DVD with Totem media player I am told there is an error.

I have been to the synaptic package manager and installed all plugins I can find with no positive results,

The last time I tried to open a DVD I had a message telling me to manually download libdvdcss.so.2 (Library).

How do I do this please? I am getting very frustrated with this problem.

1) First make sure that you have installed the Medibuntu Repository. Look here: http://medibuntu.org/repository.php

2) That will make libdvdcss2 available.
