Basero error - All required applications and Libraries are not installed. How to install?

Cannot run Basero.
Get error message: "All required applications and Libraries are not installed."
I just installed this program.
Where do I go to get required applications and libraries?

Go here Lloyd and install m=Medibuntu and download non-free-codecs. This is for Lucid. If your using a different version, just replace the name.

thanks for your reply via email, but we prefer the answer section in case others experience the same issue.
You may try the steps provided by Melinda in question #114530 or work through bug #529696 as she did, because installing single packages doesn't seem successful to solve the issue.

The apt-get cmds you'll find there, means installing packages via terminal.
